Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
- Spread the diced ham and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 1 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese in the pie crust.
- Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the quiche to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
