Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine 3 mashed avocados, 1 diced mango, 1/2 cup chopped red onion, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, and 1 minced jalapeno pepper.
- Gently stir in 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
