  • In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley, the juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 cup of white wine, and 1/4 cup of chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low and stir in 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • For the garlic butter dipping sauce, melt an additional 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a small saucepan. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
