Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh thyme, 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
