  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup hummus

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil and spice mixture.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
  • Warm the whole wheat tortillas on the grill for about 20 seconds on each side.
  • To assemble the wraps, spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla, then add a handful of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, sliced cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese.
