Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup hummus
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil and spice mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
- Warm the whole wheat tortillas on the grill for about 20 seconds on each side.
- To assemble the wraps, spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla, then add a handful of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, sliced cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese.
