  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
  • Warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 20 seconds on each side.
  • Divide the black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and cheddar cheese evenly among the tortillas.
