Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken livers
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the chicken livers with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Place the chicken livers on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from the grill and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes, or until the onions are soft and golden brown.
