Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • In a large bowl, combine 8 cups mixed salad greens, 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries, 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, and 1/4 cup sliced almonds.
  • Divide the salad mixture onto 4 plates and top each with sliced grilled chicken.
