- 4 bone-in pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Brush both sides of the pork chops with the Cajun seasoning mixture.
- Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
