Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Push the shrimp to one side of the skillet and add the thinly sliced cabbage. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is slightly wilted but still crunchy.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the shrimp and cabbage. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
