  • 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked linguine to the skillet with the shrimp. Toss to combine and coat the pasta with the garlic-infused oil.
  • Sprinkle the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and shrimp. Toss again to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  • Remove from heat and transfer the garlic shrimp pasta to serving plates. Garnish with additional parsley and Parmesan if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
