  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
  • Add 2 lbs of chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning once, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  • While the wings are baking, prepare the ranch dipping sauce by combining 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Serve the garlic parmesan wings with the prepared ranch dipping sauce on the side, and enjoy!
