Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the garlic parmesan sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
- While the wings are baking, combine the grated parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley in a bowl.
- Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the parmesan mixture over the hot wings, tossing to coat.
- Serve the garlic parmesan wings hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy!
