Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the garlic parmesan sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
  • While the wings are baking, combine the grated parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley in a bowl.
  • Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the parmesan mixture over the hot wings, tossing to coat.
