  • In a large bowl, toss 4 large potatoes cut into fries with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
  • Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the hot fries, tossing to coat evenly.
