Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss 4 large potatoes cut into fries with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
- Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the hot fries, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
