  • Add the cooked orzo to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss to coat the orzo with the butter and garlic.
  • Stir in the lemon zest and juice, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Divide the lemony orzo among serving plates and top with the seared scallops. Garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
