Ingredients
- 1 pound of fresh scallops
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Thread the scallops onto skewers, brush with olive oil, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the scallop skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and grill marks appear.
- During the last minute of grilling, brush the garlic butter sauce over the scallops, allowing it to melt and coat the scallops.
