  • Cut in 1/2 cup of cold, cubed unsalted butter using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  • Add 1 cup of buttermilk and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley to the flour mixture, stirring just until combined.
