Ingredients
- 4 pieces of flatbread
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup of sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread 1/4 cup of marinara sauce on each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce on each flatbread.
- Evenly distribute the pepperoni, bell peppers, red onions, and black olives on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the dried oregano and crushed red pepper flakes over the toppings.
- Drizzle 1/4 tablespoon of olive oil over each flatbread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
