- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to create the spicy chili rub.
- Rub the spicy chili rub all over the flank steak, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
- Cover the flank steak and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
