Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped clams to the skillet and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the reserved clam juice and white wine. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce has slightly reduced.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the clam sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  • Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
