Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast, cut into chunks
- 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups black beans, cooked
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the turkey breast chunks and smoked sausage slices, cook until browned.
- Stir in the cooked black beans, bay leaves, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

- Remove the bay leaves and adjust seasoning if necessary.
