Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook 4 slices of bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Crumble the bacon and set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set but still moist. Stir in the crumbled bacon and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Warm 4 large flour tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds, or in a dry skillet for 10 seconds on each side.
