  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning over the ground beef and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • On a large baking sheet, spread out the Doritos Nacho Cheese in an even layer.
  • Sprinkle the cooked ground beef evenly over the Doritos.
  • Top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of diced jalapenos, 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes, and 1/4 cup of diced red onions.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with dollops of sour cream and chopped cilantro.
