  • 1/4 cup garlic chutney

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
  • Add the mashed potatoes and dabeli masala. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add salt to taste and mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Slice the pav (buns) horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  • Spread tamarind chutney on one side and garlic chutney on the other side of the pav.
  • Divide the potato mixture into 4 equal portions and stuff each pav with the mixture.
  • In a separate pan, heat 1/2 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  • Place the stuffed pav on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan and transfer to a serving plate.
  • Garnish with chopped onions, pomegranate seeds, crushed peanuts, and sev.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the delicious Dabeli!
