Ingredients
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups of baby carrots
- 2 cups of cucumber slices
- 2 cups of bell pepper strips
- 1 cup of snap peas
- 1 cup of radishes
- 1 cup of celery sticks
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of cauliflower florets
- 1 cup of hummus
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the vegetables on a large platter, leaving space in the center for the dip.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of hummus, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and place it in the center of the vegetable platter.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
