Croissant Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 croissants
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet. Toast them in the oven for 5 minutes, or until they are lightly golden brown.
- While the croissants are toasting, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Once the croissants are toasted, remove them from the oven and assemble the sandwiches by placing 2 slices of bacon, 2 eggs, and 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each croissant. Top with the other half of the croissant.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
