- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Sprinkle the glazed tofu with 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and 2 thinly sliced green onions.
- Serve the spicy glazed crispy baked sesame tofu immediately, and enjoy!
The history of Crispy Baked Sesame Tofu with a spicy glaze can be traced back to the fusion of Asian and Western culinary traditions. This dish originated as a vegetarian alternative to traditional meat-based dishes, gaining popularity in health-conscious communities.
