Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler in your oven.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 lb lump crabmeat, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the crab mixture evenly among 4 ramekins, pressing it down gently with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar evenly over the top of each crab-filled ramekin.
- Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the sugar is caramelized and the crab mixture is heated through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
