Instructions

  • Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 lb lump crabmeat, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Divide the crab mixture evenly among 4 ramekins, pressing it down gently with the back of a spoon.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar evenly over the top of each crab-filled ramekin.
  • Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the sugar is caramelized and the crab mixture is heated through.
