  • Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the brioche is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
  • Allow the brioche to cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle 1/2 cup of caramel sauce over the top.
