Instructions

- In a separate bowl, mix 1 1/4 cups of milk, 1 egg, and 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Add the mashed bananas and stir until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
