  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Extra guacamole ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips with olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
