Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil. Saute the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms until the mushrooms are tender.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and toss to coat with the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine with the chicken and sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
