  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of melted butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough.
  • Starting from one end, roll the dough into a tight log.
  • Slice the log into 12 equal pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet, cut side up.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • While the rolls are baking, mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of melted butter with a pinch of garlic powder and brush it over the hot pizza rolls as soon as they come out of the oven.
