  • In a large bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1/4 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
  • Stir in the melted butter and milk until a soft dough forms.
  • Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently. Roll the dough into a 12x8 inch rectangle.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border along the long edges.
  • Starting with a long side, roll the dough into a log, pinching the seam to seal. Cut the log into 12 equal pieces.
  • Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • While the breadsticks are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
