  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup of milk and the melted butter until a dough forms.
  • Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes.
  • Roll the dough into a 12x8 inch rectangle.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border along the long edges.
  • Fold the dough in half lengthwise, sealing the edges.
  • Cut the dough into 12 strips and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of dried rosemary, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
