  • In a bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set but still moist. Remove from heat and stir in the crumbled bacon and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Warm 4 large flour tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds, or in a dry skillet for 10 seconds on each side.
