Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of softened butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix until crumbly.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove and let it cool slightly.
  • In another mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, grated cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
  • Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is set.
  • Allow to cool in the baking dish, then cut into bars and serve. Enjoy!
