Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of warm water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 packet of active dry yeast

- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of warm water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 packet of active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add 3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 6-inch rope.
- Place 1-2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each rope. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
- Transfer the stuffed breadsticks to the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
