  • Add the seasoned steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  • Wipe out the skillet and return it to the heat.
  • Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheese over half of the tortilla.
  • Arrange a quarter of the sliced carne asada on top of the cheese, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of diced tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro.
  • Top with an additional 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and fold the tortilla in half.
