Instructions

  • While the potatoes are cooking, in a separate skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Once the potatoes are crispy and golden, add the caramelized onions and crispy bacon to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
