  • 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine pasta and cooked shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
