Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 1/4 cup of chicken broth. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the sliced pork and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
