  • Pour the buffalo sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat evenly. Reduce the heat to low and let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the fries are done, transfer them to a large serving platter or individual plates. Top the fries with the buffalo chicken, then drizzle with extra blue cheese dressing.
