Ingredients
- 1 lb of chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 lb of frozen fries
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with the buffalo sauce until well coated. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy.
- While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the cooked chicken strips and toss to coat evenly. Remove from heat.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer to a serving platter.
- Top the fries with the spicy ranch seasoned chicken strips, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
- Drizzle with sour cream and serve immediately.
