Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with the buffalo sauce until well coated. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy.
  • While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the cooked chicken strips and toss to coat evenly. Remove from heat.
  • Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer to a serving platter.
  • Top the fries with the spicy ranch seasoned chicken strips, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  • Drizzle with sour cream and serve immediately.
