Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add 3 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and sliced bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the spicy garlic sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve the spicy garlic broccoli and bell pepper stir-fry over cooked rice. Enjoy!
