Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 8 ounces breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together 8 large eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set but still moist. Remove from heat.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
- Divide the scrambled eggs, cooked breakfast sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese evenly among the tortillas.
