Ingredients
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 cup of frozen hash browns, cooked according to package instructions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground breakfast sausage into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- While the sausage patties are cooking, fry the bacon in a separate skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
