Ingredients
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup of granola
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions
- In two serving glasses or bowls, layer 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of each.
- Add 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt in each glass.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sliced almonds over the blueberries in each glass.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup of granola on top of the almonds in each glass.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, blueberries, almonds, and granola.
- Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of honey over the top of each parfait.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
