Ingredients
- 8 flaky biscuits
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of bacon or 4 sausage patties
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with butter.
- Bake the biscuits according to the package instructions. Usually, it takes about 10-12 minutes.
- While the biscuits are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, or cook the sausage patties until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Once the biscuits are done, slice them in half horizontally.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit, followed by a cooked egg, and then bacon or sausage. Top with the other half of the biscuit.
