  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Pour in the Bertolli Alfredo Sauce and heat over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the alfredo sauce and toss to coat the pasta evenly.
  • Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and gently stir to combine with the pasta and sauce.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and chicken, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
